- Operator advised of time frame for rectification (dependent on cleaning schedule)

- Client Records are updated
- Monthly reports are reviewed by management -

- Training If recurring problems arise, a meeting is scheduled with the operator.
- The operator then undergoes specific training to ensure that the issue does not recur.
